Annoying Words

Are there any words that drive you nuts? I don't want to sound snotty, but please try not to use any of the following words or phrases in my presence. I don't necessarily disagree with the concepts they represent. I just don't like how they sound.

• marvelous
• "infer" when you mean "imply"
• I could care less
• vacay
• emo
• FYI
• "of" when you should say "have" in the present perfect tense
• butterscotch
• words that suggest absolutes, such as: "never," "always," "ever," "only"
• common sense
• libertarian
• tinkle
• "Russian" as a demonym for the Soviet Union
• compassionate conservative
• you betcha
• politically correct
• savvy
• intelligent design
• climate change
• pwned
• AJAX
• expresso
• "hung" when "hanged" is proper
• clear as mud
• constancy
• free agency
• chic
• bizarre

I could go on, but just typing this out has nauseated me. Oh, and my favorite word is: "garlic."
